Auto extracation calls come in after a MVA (motor vehicle accident) where there are possible victims trapped in the vehicle. The first truck to respond to this type of call is the 'tool box' or Rescue 3.

First responder calls involve medical emergencies, where we are able to respond faster than an ambulance. Rescue 3 is also the first truck dispatched on these types of calls.
